Foundation Work

1. Foundation construction using laterite stone / granite stone.

   • Foundation height: 45 cm

   • Total height including belt: 60 cm

   • Concrete belt of 6 inches thickness using only ISI Certified TMT steel bars above the foundation.

2. Plinth beam / Column footing foundation (wherever required) will be done using:

   • ISI Certified TMT steel bars

   • ISI Certified branded cement
     (Rates may vary according to the plan and square feet requirement)

👉🏽 Finishing plaster using ISI Certified branded cement and First Quality P-Sand (Plaster Sand)

👉🏽 Complete electrical wiring using POLYCAB / FINOLEX branded wires

👉🏽 Flooring with Vitrified tiles (Rs.70 – 2×4) with Epoxy, and wall tiles in all bathrooms up to 7 feet height (Rs.50) with Epoxy
(Customer has full freedom to choose granite or tiles)

🎨 PAINTING

Inside (Interior):

• 2 coats of Primer + 2 coats of Emulsion paint

Outside (Exterior):

• 2 coats of putty finish for Front Elevation

• Other areas: 2 coats of Primer + 2 coats of Waterproof Emulsion

📌 Conditions

1. The site must have access for a 1.5 unit lorry. Otherwise, rate differences will apply.

3. Water and electricity facilities must be provided by the customer.

4. Soil required for foundation filling must be arranged by the customer at the site.

5. All necessary paperwork required to start the work must be completed under the customer’s responsibility.
